Da Bird

although you can buy it in most pet stores. The movement of the feathers mimic the movement of a flying bird. Our cats absolutely love it and it's fun for us too. Oscar has so much energy and gets really hyperactive in the evening. We play with her with this for 10 or 15 minutes and she is completely wore out and calm when we're done (even to the point of panting sometimes!). Even Dude gets off his big butt once in a while.
