Oh, Oscar

Last night was interesting. As soon as she woke up from her nap she started licking her belly again so I put on the new collar (or necklace, as Nick calls it). It is much easier for her to maneuver and allows her to eat and drink easier. She will act normal for about 20 or 30 minutes at a time and then will have a little freakout where she tries to get it off. Much better than the other collar, though! She slept off and on throughout the night, but I did have to get up 3 times to fix her collar. After a few hours of her pulling on it and kicking it the collar loosens up. Then she somehow manages to get one of her front legs through the neck hole and can't get it back out. Nick isn't feeling well so he is staying home today, which is good so that he can keep an eye on her. I'm about to leave for my interview. Hopefully I will have good news when I get home!
